Rates: 

* Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and do not include tax.  For each additional person, there is an additional charge of $15 per night.  Rates are provided in Canadian dollars, and are subject to change.  No pets allowed.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies:  An advance deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is required at the time of making a reservation with any remaining balance due upon arrival.  The cancellation policy is at least by 6 p.m. three days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit.
