The Belton Chalet is the preferred hotel for discerning
visitors to Glacier National Park. Located in West Glacier,
the most popular entrance to Glacier Park, the Belton Chalet
provides lodging and accommodations year round. Every season
has its own reason to stay in West Glacier and explore
Glacier National Park. The Belton Lodge is located on a hill
above the Chalet. The Lodge has

been beautifully restored
and offers modern conveniences for the comfort of
present-day vacationers. Each of its twenty-five rooms has a
private bathroom, a queen bed and original antique
furnishings. The style reflects the Arts-and-Crafts period
of the early 1900's. The magnificent restoration of this
building includes beautiful hardwood flooring and molding,
warm colors and high ceilings.
The
Belton Cottages, built in 1911, are aptly named for the
great explorers of the Northwest, Lewis and Clark. They are
located next to the Chalet and are surrounded by manicured
gardens. They offer privacy for larger groups traveling
together or romantic getaways for two. The expansive covered
porches invite train spotting and offer views of sunsets
over Glacier National Park. Guests of the Belton Lodge and
Cottages enjoy their simplicity. There are no televisions,
radios or telephones to distract your attention from your
surroundings, and thanks to our mountain climate, there is
usually no need for air-conditioning. Fans are provided for
warm days.
