Credit Card Verification (CCV)

Credit Card Verification is an anti-fraud security feature that is used to verify that you are in possession of your credit card.  This verification code is found in different places depending on the type of credit card.  This new additional number (fraud protection) checking system has been created so that if someone does have possession of your credit card number they also need to have possession of your card in order to know the verification number.
