Lodging Terms & Conditions
• Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to
availability.
• Rates include a utility pass-through surcharge and $1
voluntary donation to support the seasonal interpretative ranger
programs at Big Bend National Park.
•Customers may request the donation to be removed from their
invoice at check-in.
•Children 15 and under stay free. There is an $11 fee per night
for each additional adult.
•Rollaway fee is $11.00.
•Cribs available at no additional cost.
•Pets are permitted, for a fee, in the free Standing Roosevelt
Stone Cottages. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room or in
a closed vehicle, and are not allowed on the trails.
Deposit & Acceptable Methods of Payment
An advance deposit equal to the first night's stay is required
to hold a reservation. Payment of remainder of balance is due at
time of check out.Cancellation Policy
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to receive refund of
the deposit. If cancellations are received after 4:00 p.m., less
than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival day, the deposit
will be forfeited.
Check-in/Check-out
The check-in time is guaranteed for 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is
11:00 a.m. No refunds will be given for early check-out. |
