Booking and Deposit Policies
Deposit and Payment - We require a valid
credit card number to hold a room. On the credit card we hold the
room until 8pm on the night of arrival. At 8PM on the night of
arrival, if the guest has not arrived or cancelled, we charge the
credit card for the first night - Allowing guests to arrive late.
Cancellations - Cancellations 48 hours prior
to the night of arrival will receive no penalty. Within 48 hours,
the first night room charge will be forfeited as a penalty.
All rates are subject to 6% sales tax, 2%
lodging tax, and 2% resort impact fee.
