Float Trip on the Colorado River

Between Glen Canyon's walls that rise over a thousand feet, you float along a gentle stretch of the Colorado River just south of Lake Powell and the mighty Glen Canyon Dam. Sit back and relax as your guide leads you on a breathtaking half-day journey of colorful rock formations, soaring wild life, ancient Indian petroglyphs, folklore and natural and human history. Stop off for an easy hike to get a closer look at the petroglyphs and then finish your journey at historic Lees Ferry, complete with cabins of the early settlers. Float trips depart from Page, Arizona and transportation is provided to and from the river. You must provide your own transportation to and from Page, Arizona. No lunch is provided on the half day trips.

Full-Day Rowing Trips

Sunday, Monday and Wednesday only

One departure at 9:00 a.m.

Trips return to Page, AZ by 5:00 p.m.

NOTE: Smooth water float trips are perfect for the entire family (the minimum age for our trips is 4 years). The wearing of lifejackets is optional for adults. Children twelve years and younger must wear a lifejacket while the rafts are underway.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: The full price of the float trip will be charged to a major credit card at the time of making a reservation. Guests that cancel will receive a full refund minus a $7 per person processing fee for cancellations that meet the following criteria. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the trip's scheduled departure. For example, if the trip is scheduled to depart at 1:00 p.m. on August 4th, to receive a refund the cancellation must be made by 1:00 p.m. on August 2nd. Cancellations made within the 48 hour cancellation window and no-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
