Skyland Resort offers 177 lodging units including rustic cabins to
spacious luxury rooms with spectacular views. Skyland Resort is
one of the most popular lodging options inside the park, so make your
reservations as early as possible.

All rates based on single/double occupancy. A $4.75 utility
pass-through will be added to room rate, per room, per night. This fee
is to help recover the cost of utilities in the Park. The price of
utilities is much higher in remote elevated locations such as
Shenandoah. Rates at Skyland Resort subject to 5% state tax and 4%
occupancy tax. Each additional person $11.00. Roll-away
bed $11.00. $25.00/pet per night.
Additional Information:
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Reservations are confirmed upon payment equal to one night's
room fee plus tax. Most major credit cards are accepted.
- 72 hours advance cancellation notice required for a full refund
less a $15 cancellation fee.
- Check-in time is approximately 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00
noon.
- No phones in guest rooms. Pay phones in service areas.
- Cable TVs in a limited number of rooms at Skyland Resort. Ten
rooms with limited reception at Big Meadows Lodge. Inquire at time
of booking.
- Please note that every consideration will be made to honor your
special requests, however, specific room numbers or buildings cannot
be guaranteed.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies:
An advance deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is required at
the time of making a reservation with any additional balance due upon
arrival. The cancellation policy is at least 72 hours prior to the
scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit less
a $15 cancellation fee. |
