| National Park Travel, Inc is a
travel agency that specializes in national park vacations, and is not
affiliated with the National Park Service or the authorized concessionaire of any
national park. You will pay the lodging facility and/or activity vendor
according to their policies. National Park Travel does not mark up
any prices, and rates listed on this website do not include taxes or park
entrance fees. Each lodging facility, tour operator, and activity vendor
may change its rates without notice. For our service, we charge a 10% non-refundable reservation fee based
on the total dollar amount of the reservations that we make. The reservation fee,
billed separately to your credit card under the memo of "National Park
Travel", is only assessed if we are able to obtain the
reservations you request. The reservation fee may increase if you add rooms, add
nights, add activities, or otherwise increase the total dollar amount of your original
reservation. The reservation fee is non-refundable and it is not reduced even
if you reduce the length of your stay. Based on availability, you may be
required to move between locations during multiple-night stays. If you
need to cancel a reservation, you should contact us directly by calling our
toll-free telephone number or replying to the
confirmation
e-mail you received from our office for an online reservation. National Park Travel is not responsible for room deposits
and/or costs associated with a lodging or activity reservation. Any disputes over room
or activity deposits must be
resolved between you and the hotel facility, activity vendor, or concessionaire. We
only cancel reservations that were originally made through our company.
If you submit an online reservation order form via our website, our office will send an
e-mail confirmation within 48 hours except for reservation orders placed on
Fridays or during a
weekend, in which case you will receive an e-mail confirmation on the following
Monday. The e-mail confirmation will be sent
to the address that you provide on the online reservation request form. If you enter
an incorrect e-mail address, then we will make an effort to confirm the reservation with you via telephone
or postal service. However, if you
provide an incorrect e-mail address on the reservation form and our office is unsuccessful
in confirming the reservations by telephone or mail, you agree to not hold
National Park Travel responsible. Once a reservation is completed, you may reply to
the e-mail confirmation to request changes or
cancellations. If you fail to select a specific lodging option, then we
will automatically default your selection to "Any Location at the
Park". You are responsible for reviewing the online order
carefully before clicking on the button titled "Click Here To Process Your
Reservation", which submits your reservation order.
An order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not
constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to
purchase a particular item at a particular price range. After you place an
order, National Park Travel will determine whether or not to fill the
order, and National Park Travel may refuse or limit your order for any
reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set
forth anywhere on this site, including the National
Park Travel terms and
conditions of sale. National Park Travel reserves the right to accept,
refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to,
the unavailability of a product, receipt of an incomplete reservation request
form, or errors in the prices and
product descriptions posted on this web site.
We operate as a national park travel agency, and are not a hotel, lodge, resort or
activity vendor. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for incidents
occurring at the property or relocation due to the lodging facility or activity
vendor over booking. National Park Travel
shall not be liable to a customer for any delays in the performance of services
hereunder or for any failure to perform hereunder if such delays or failure are
due to strikes, inclement weather, acts of God, or other causes beyond the
reasonable control of National Park Travel.
National Park Travel's liability to any customer hereunder, if any, shall in no
event exceed the total amount customer paid to
National Park Travel
hereunder. National Park Travel shall not be in any way responsible for
claims or damages caused by customer, through fault, negligence or failure to
perform customer's responsibilities, claims against customer by any other party,
or any act or omission of any party furnishing services and/or products.
National Park Travel is not responsible for
anything related to your tours, rafting trips, horseback rides, equipment
rental, or other tourist activities, including, but not limited to, guide
negligence, mechanical problems, road conditions, or accidents resulting in
property damage, injury, or death.
In the event that you dispute any charges for the services provided by
National Park Travel, please contact
National Park Travel by calling our office or by replying
to the e-mail confirmation that you received from
National Park Travel for an online reservation, and we will make every
effort to resolve your concerns. If you and
National Park Travel cannot agree on a solution and you choose to dispute
any charges with your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all legal, collection
and administrative fees or any other costs associated with collection of amounts
due hereunder.
In chargeback attempts, National Park Travel will provide your credit card company a copy of the terms to which you
agreed when making a reservation. National
Park Travel also provides credit card companies with hard copies
of the reservation form and information that you submit to our office. All
online reservation forms are computer-stamped with the exact date and time of submission and the IP
address of the computer from which the form was submitted.
Our reservations call center is open Monday through Friday from
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time). By contacting our
office and requesting that we make lodging,
activity, and/or tour reservations on your behalf, you are
authorizing National Park Travel to charge your credit card the
non-refundable 10% reservation fee and agree to all of the terms
herein.
Reservations can also be made online 7 days/week 24
hours/day by completing an online reservation form on our website. When
you submit an online reservation request form via our website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation letter within 48 hours
of submitting the reservation request form unless it is submitted on a Friday,
Saturday or Sunday in which case a confirmation letter will be e-mailed on
the following Monday. By clicking the submit button to send your reservation order, you are authorizing
National Park Travel to make your reservations
and charge your credit card for the non-refundable 10% reservation fee. In addition, you are
aware of and agree to all of the terms on this page.
