Property Description:  Built in 1956 on the shores of Lake McDonald, the Village Inn is a popular lodging facility in Glacier Park. All rooms have a lake view, and some rooms include a kitchenette. Area activities include canoeing on the lake, fly fishing, or enjoying an interpretive tour on the historic red "jammer" buses which travel up the Going To The Sun Road. Located on the shores of Lake McDonald in the village of Apgar is the quaint and modest Village Inn. The Village Inn was built in 1956 and has 36 rooms, all of which have views of Lake McDonald. Guests can open their eyes every morning to the stunning views of Glacier National Park. It doesn't take long to see why Montana is called "Big Sky Country" as the amazing blue skies outline the imposing mountain peaks. Choose from a kitchenette or a motel-style room as you spend your vacation enjoying activities such as canoeing across the lake or trying your hand at a little fly-fishing.

Village Inn is located inside Glacier National Park just off the Going-to-the-Sun Road in Apgar, approximately three miles inside the west entrance to the park, which is located off Highway 2 at West Glacier, Montana.

Nightly Rates: 

Deposit & Cancellation Policies:  Deposits are fully refundable for 30 days following the date the reservation was made. From 31 days after the reservation was made until three days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less the
following administrative fee(s):

• Canceling a room 30 days after the reservation was made will incur a $15 fee (per confirmation number)
• Canceling a room with activities/tours included will incur a $20 fee (per confirmation number)
• For reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival, the above policy applies with no 30-day grace period.
• Changes to your departure date made after you have stayed your first night will result in a $30 early departure fee.
• No-show on date of arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at that property and there will be no refund.
• We are unable to deviate from policies due to weather, illness, flight delays, road closures, etc. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance. For room reservations, the first night's stay is required for each room at each property as an advance deposit with any remaining balance due upon arrival. 

Rates are based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to change, with or without notice. Rates are subject to tax and surcharges, and and do not include NPS entrance fees into Glacier National Park or Waterton Lakes National Park.
