Snowmobiling in Yellowstone National Park

Enjoy Yellowstone Park and hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails in Montana, Idaho and Wyoming by snowmobile. You will experience a "winter wonderland" of un-paralleled beauty. Yellowstone and the surrounding area are comprised of many geologic and geothermal wonders such as the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and Old Faithful. In addition, there is a wide variety of wildlife including Bald Eagles, Bison, Wolves, Elk, Swans and much more. You will see these animals and other natural wonders up close when riding our snowmobiles into and around Yellowstone Park.

Touring by snowmobile is very comfortable and enjoyable. We are dedicated to making your trip as fun and safe as possible. Before you ride, we go through the operation of the sleds as well as the "rules of the road". We have a variety of snowmobiles to choose from depending on your particular needs. Day trips into Yellowstone Park are our specialty.

Snowmobile Hill-Climbing Near West YellowstoneExperienced snowmobilers will be pleased with the variety of snowmobile models in which to choose from. We now feature both Arctic Cat and Polaris snowmobiles to make sure we have the right snowmobile for your needs - from the Artic Cat Panteras, 4-strokes and M-5s, to the Polaris 550 classics, 600 Edge Touring and for the experienced rider the 700 RMKs. Hundreds of miles of well-marked daily groomed trails start right at our front door.  In addition to spending a day in Yellowstone, you should plan to explore the countless miles of groomed snowmobile trails and rugged mountain terrain right outside the park. Inside the park, you must remain on the groomed roadway at all times. Outside the park however, you are allowed to drive your snowmobile on groomed trails and off-trail across thousands of acres of wild mountain country ranging from open meadows with deep powder snow to steep and deep mountainsides. Snowmobilers enjoy the feel of their machine seemingly floating on an ocean of deep powdery snow on a bright sunny winter day. More experienced riders may prefer the steep and deep mountainsides where "high-marking" is the sport of choice. "High-marking" is a sport in which snowmobilers try to climb higher up the mountain than others, leaving fresh tracks in the snow higher than the rest. Visitors choosing to snowmobile in the backcountry off-trail, are strongly advised to snowmobile with others and make use of avalanche beacons which can be rented when you pick up your snowmobile. Never snowmobile alone in the backcountry. Get started today, make your reservations, and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!
