Natural History & Hiking tours are private tours
for groups up to seven, with Naturalist Guides, and are
customized to guests' ability and interests. Itineraries can
accommodate everyone from families to avid hikers to senior
citizens. All of the tours and hikes are based on a minimum
impact philosophy, consistent with Park Service guidelines to
preserve the park for future generations. Topics for your tour
can include history, Native American cultural history, geology,
glaciers, flowers, trees, animals & more.
Discovery Hike

Yosemite Hikes are
perfect, with stops
along the way to smell
the flowers, watch rock
climbers, take pictures
and just have fun. With
our small group sizes,
there is plenty of
flexibility to make the
hike fit your interests.

covering roughly 3-4
miles.

Story Within The Stone Hike
The soaring cliffs of
Yosemite attract rock
climbers from around the
world. Join us for a
fun and informative hike
and learn about the
geology that makes
Yosemite’s cliffs so
special for climbers,
and the colorful people
that spend their time
exploring the steep
faces. Our group sizes
are small so that the
guides are able to
customize the hike for
your group, Plan to
walk roughly 2-3 miles
during this 2.5 hour
hike.

What to Bring
When you join
us for a hike, bring at
least 2 liters of water
(some situations dictate
more), snacks or a light
lunch, hat, sunglasses,
sunscreen, extra
clothing and a small
backpack. Call us and
we'll be glad to give
you additional details
on equipment needs. We
also rent daypacks for a
small fee.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies:
The full amount due for the guided hike is charged to your
credit card at
the time of making a reservation, and the cancellation policy is
at least 7 days prior to the scheduled hike in order to receive
a refund.
